Super Bowl Champions Return To Kansas City
(Kansas City, MO) — The Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs are back in Kansas City. The team’s flight landed at Kansas City International Airport yesterday afternoon, but quarterback and game MVP Patrick Mahomes stayed in Florida where he was honored during a parade at Walt Disney World. The Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers 31-to-20 in Super Bowl 54 on Sunday night to earn the franchise’s second Lombardi Trophy. A victory parade is set for tomorrow.

(Houston, TX) — Rays vice-president of baseball operations James Click is the new general manager of the Astros. He replaces Jeff Luhnow, who was fired after the sign-stealing investigation. The Yale grad joined the Rays in 2005 as an intern to help build a database for their baseball operations. He has been a fulltime employee of the Rays since 2006.
