Man Arrested For Admitting To Selling Over $4.5 Million Worth of Methamphetamine

METH

A man arrested in Amarillo has been arrested after admitting to selling around $4.5 million worth of methamphetamine in 2019.

In October, 4 suspects were arrested after 119 grams of meth was found in a backpack and during an investigation, officials learned it was stolen in Lubbock after one of the women perform an act of prostitution.

Agents conducted an undercover operation to meet up with the Allen James Arnold and when agents identified themselves as law enforcement, Arnold agreed to go with them to the police station.

Arnold told agents that he needed $4,000 to cover the cost of the drugs and prevent other people from taking action against the woman.

He was arrested and booked into the Randall County Jail on charges of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
