Brain and Physical Fitness

In order to get your body in order, you must get your mind in order. Here’s a tip to get your brain in order and take care of some physical exercise.

Care Express Wellness Coach Rhonda Roden says take a simple walk of 30 to 60 minutes. It’ll clear your brain and also fill your exercise need for the day

She suggests you start out slow and after a few minutes speed up your pace for about 30 to 45 seconds, then slow down that’ll speed up your cardio. Do it again after a few minutes of walking at your pace. After an hour of alternating between pace and speed walking, you’ll notice that your mind is cleared somewhat, your breathing is easier and your heart rate is speeded up.

She suggests that you do this exercise two or three times a week and you’re on the way to good brain as well as physical fitness.
