Big Sean is looking to help people who want to improve their wellness with a new video series in conjunction with the Sean Anderson Foundation.
Sean and his mother, Myra Anderson, will be featured in a weekly 10-15 minute video that gives viewers free and low-cost techniques to improve their mental health.
A new video will be featured on the Sean Anderson Foundation website and on their Instagram page every Saturday during Health Awareness month.
The episodes range from subjects about diet and exercise to sleep and meditation.
