One Amarillo teen has died after crashing into a barn at the Tri-State Fair Grounds Tuesday night.
Around 8pm 19year-old Adrian Esteban Ruiz was driving in the northbound lane of South Grand Street in a 2004 Dodge 1500.
Ruiz lost control of the vehicle, crossed the southbound lanes, hit a curb then drove through a fence and struck a livestock barn at the Fairgrounds.
He was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Speed and no seat belt are factors in this crash.
The Traffic Investigation Squad of the Amarillo Police Department is coving this wreck.
