Three people are looking at charges stemming from a Hit and Run with a Potter County Patrol Unit and having more than half million dollars of methamphetamine
The two men and one woman will face charges before a federal judge, on September 23 and will face charges as to whether they will stay in jail until their trials.
The charges stem from August when they were travelling on I-40 when a Potter County deputy tried to stop one of the cars for traffic violations and another car hit the patrol car carrying two deputies and a k-9, forcing the car off the road.
Wheeler and Gray County law enforcement stopped the suspects near Shamrock.
Two suspects are charged with aggravated assault against a public servant and all three are charged with tampering with evidence.
